BLOOD TEST BOTTLES
Following communication from NHS England regarding disruption to the supply of blood specimen tubes we have had to cancel all blood test appointments unless clinically urgent. We will contact you if your appointment is not going ahead.
This action is beyond our control, so you patience and understanding would be appreciated.
Covid Vaccine Information
Our practice NHS Covid-19 vaccination programme ended on 30th June 2021.
Cohens Pharmacy in Breightmet Health Centre have now taken over this service. This is a walk-in service with no appoinment needed on the following days:
Wednesday to Friday - 12 noon to 8pm or
Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm
Should you wish to book an appointment at another centre or any other enquiries, please contact 119

Do you need routine, non-urgent health advice? try Online Consult (click on the button below to learn more). Online Consult in NOT for urgent health concerns.
If you have an urgent health concern - please call the surgery. Outside of normal working hours you will be notified who to call for advice.
All Online consults will be reviewed by one of the clinical staff, if this is triaged as routine you will offered the next available routine appointment with the correct health professional (this may be after 2 working days from submitting your online enquiry.)
Please note that the online consult is only available during normal opening times

We had an inspection visit from the CQC on 4th December 2018 and we are very pleased to announce that we received a rating of 'GOOD'

Get Well, Keep Well
Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.

There is full disabled access, audio loop system, lifts, disabled toilet facilities and baby feeding rooms. The car park has a range of disabled and parent & child spaces.
