Repeat Prescriptions

Patients can order repeat prescriptions online. New users are required to attend the surgery with two forms of ID (one of which must be photographic - bus-pass, passport, driving licence etc) and complete a simple online application.  For further information, please contact the surgery.

Your pharmacy can also order your repeat medication for you.

You can order in person by completing your repeat order slip and dropping it in to box provided in reception.

You may also post it along with a stamped addressed envelope (allowing extra time for the post).

Please tick only the items you require and put a cross against the ones you don’t need on your repeat slip.

Please note we do NOT take repeat prescription requests over the telephone under any circumstances. Please ask for a copy of our Repeat Prescribing Leaflet.

All requests need two working days to process.  See Below.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
