Clinics & Services
We have clinics for, and provide specialist advice to patients with the following problems: - diabetes, asthma, COPD, hypertension and heart disease. We also work to ensure that patients with other long-term illnesses are looked after. The practice nurses are involved in promoting better health and run clinics for people who want to discuss diet and giving up smoking. They will also see patients for general health check-ups, vaccinations (including travel), cervical smears, discussion of menopause problems and HRT. Anyone planning to travel abroad can see the practice nurses to discuss any other aspect of travel medicine.
